Dynamic Elements introduces Sailormade 30 with Esthec deck during BOOT Düsseldorf 2011.
After the high-speed Sailormade Dayracer 29 introduced last year, Dynamic Elements will introduce a slightly more modest variation of this boat, the Sailormade 30, at BOOT Düsseldorf. This dayracer will be a good alternative, especially for weekenders. Because of the properties of Esthec, the Sailormade 30 and an Esthec deck are a perfect match.
According to the shipbuilder Alexander Berg of Dynamic Elements, Esthec is the product of the future. Alexander Berg: “We really believe in it. The product is a perfect match for a modern daysailer like this one. Esthec was introduced a few years ago as a ground-breaking innovation: an innovatively durable, extremely maintenance-friendly and ecologically sustainable deck material for boats such as sloops and tenders. Esthec guarantees all three qualities, so it logically became the deck material of choice.”
Its properties make Esthec extremely easy to maintain: the material does not require regular treatment, refits are hardly necessary and cleaning is simply done with water and soap. What is extra special about Esthec is that it has minimal impact on the environment. It prevents the logging of scarce teak forests and that of alternative types of wood. In addition to this, Esthec is almost completely recyclable and from 2011, at least 10% of the raw materials will also consist of recycled materials.
